My ideal day changed. So did I.

The 7:22 AM start wasn't the surprising part.

My perfect day used to be staying in bed as long as I wanted. No plans. Wander around in my nightgown until I felt good and ready to get dressed.

Then August 8 gave me a beautiful surprise.

That morning, I woke up at 6:00 AM with a list of things I genuinely wanted to accomplish for my clients.

I was in my office by 7:22 AM. Not that I was counting. 😂 I turned on Spotify and flowed through my list.

I finished just in time to be fully present for a Lion's Gate meditation and activation.

Later, I found myself walking with the birds at the beach.

The air was cool. They were busy squawking and hunting their next meal. I remember feeling so present. So alive. So grateful to be exactly where I was.

And that's when it hit me.

This is my ideal day.

I began to wonder if freedom is something different than I thought.

Maybe freedom isn't having nothing to do.

Maybe it's being able to choose what fills your day — and enjoy the life you're creating while you're creating it

And maybe confidence is believing that’s possible too.

I began to wonder what it would be like to stop measuring today against yesterday.

Since that day, August has been FULL.

Two 2-day summits. A retreat with my Diamond Light Circle. Travel. A beautiful wedding. Clients, creating, and plenty of packing and unpacking in between. 😉

And I'm celebrating staying in the flow through all of it.

One question has really helped:

What energizes me right now?

Not what has to be done today.
Not what someone else wants from me.
Not what I think I should be doing.

I notice my shoulders drop. Then I listen. And respond.

Maybe you'd like to try it too.

Every time you follow what energizes you, you're choosing yourself.

One small choice at a time, you create days with more of what lights you up.

And little by little, those days become your life.

A life worth waking up for.
